Yossi Malul’s professional experience includes a wide range of managerial positions in the Jewish Agency’s Neighborhood Rehabilitation Project. Yossi was also responsible for the construction of approximately 1,500 housing units in the cities of Ashkelon, Kiryat Gat, and Gan Yavne, the construction of hotels, sports halls, schools, kindergartens, and many other public institutions.
Yossi serves as the director of Israel Gates and leads it with determination and creativity to achievements in the initiation and construction of significant projects in the field of urban renewal, utilizing the knowledge and understanding he gained in Planning and Building Law, understanding the needs of tenants, apartment owners, and new tenants that will join the success in the project.
